The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. panaloplay employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, panaloplay reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your panaloplay login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. panaloplay will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have notified panaloplay of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

If your registered mobile number, email address, or other contact details change, you must update your panaloplay account promptly. panaloplay reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality pending the completion of identity verification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable period, or that provide fraudulent documentation, will be permanently suspended and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
All documents submitted to panaloplay for verification purposes are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
panaloplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at panaloplay's discretion.
All deposits to your panaloplay account must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your panaloplay account instantly for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. panaloplay aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of processing. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
panaloplay reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or where a withdrawal request is inconsistent with the player's deposit and wagering history. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.
All transactions on the panaloplay Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a payment method processes in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. panaloplay is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.
panaloplay offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus credits and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. panaloplay reserves the right to void bonus winnings where it determines that a player has exploited a bonus in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. panaloplay reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions are not eligible to receive or use bonuses during the period of restriction.
Any attempt to abuse the panaloplay bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
Note: panaloplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via the registered email address or mobile number on their account.
All games available on the panaloplay Platform that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by panaloplay's game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by panaloplay or any third party.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, panaloplay reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction or error are not valid and will not be paid out. panaloplay will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players of any such voidance.
panaloplay is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's end during a game session. Where a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules upon reconnection, where technically possible.

panaloplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether panaloplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
panaloplay does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. panaloplay will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude panaloplay's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
panaloplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where panaloplay reasonably believes that:
You may close your panaloplay account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 10, 11, and 15 — shall continue to apply after termination.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
